Parent committees will gather to work multiple times before the final event. You must attend your group's meetings and work sessions in order to be on campus for the scheduled event.

Senior Week Parent Committees
If you are interested in being a committee member and volunteering for senior-related events, you will complete this form, but it will not open until January since the events we need help with are second semester. If you have any questions or concerns, please email Cara Norton
This committee will coordinate with PTSA and North Metro for necessary assistance prior to and the day of the baccalaureate.
This committee will help organize and facilitate locker decorating by parents.

- collaborate with the Senior Cabinet to distribute the locker strips and information to seniors (date - before Spring Break)
- guide parents to their student’s lockers
- provide extra items (e.g., tape) to hang the locker strips
- help parents with emergency decoration issues and adherence to guidelines (e.g., no balloons!)
This group will be in charge of providing and serving ice cream to the seniors during lunches.

This committee will assist with our Food Truck Friday event and social activities.

This committee will facilitate distribution of cookies to all seniors. They can also provide entertainment and activities.

This committee will be in charge of food and decor for the Senior Breakfast.

Duties:
- provide food for the breakfast. (Donations would be preferable to keep costs at a minimum.)
- serve seniors
- decorate commons area and/or tables

- collaborate with the Door Prize committee chair
- collaborate with the Senior Letters committee chair
This committee will collect donations to be used as door prizes for the senior class (e.g. gift cards, electronics, college dorm supplies, etc.). Not all volunteers need to be on campus during the breakfast.

- transport prizes to CHHS the morning of the breakfast
This committee will organize the distribution of senior letters. *Letters/cards only. No gifts.

The letters from family members, classmates, and teachers will be due to CHHS one week before the Senior Breakfast and the envelopes will be distributed to the seniors during the Breakfast.
Duties:
- organize letters and file them into individual manila envelopes (1 week before and the evening prior to the breakfast)
- distribute letter envelopes to each senior at the breakfast
The letters from family members, classmates, and teachers will be due to CHHS one week before the Senior Breakfast and the envelopes will be distributed to the seniors during the Breakfast.
